Made what could be called italian Knocchies hope i am spelling it wright.

ingredients
can of black of olives
fresh italian rosemary
fresh oregano
packet of gnocchi
1 whole tomato
half a red onion
3 cloves of garlic
fresh spinach

cook gnocchi as instructed on the packet
cook diced onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are clear
combine with tomatoes, cook for a few minutes than add oregano , rosemary and black olives cook for a few more minutes than add spinach until slightly wilted than add gnocchi's and serve. This was my first attempt to cook this and am a recent convert to the vegan diet. I personally didn't like it that much but the wife loved it.
