Of course you should always read the package ingredients to be sure, but the stuff I get contains: Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Wheat Starch, Arrow Root, Organic Expeller Pressed Safflower/Soy/Sunflower Oil, Organic Malt Extract, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Tri-Calcium Phosphate.

Most pastries made with phyllo aren&#039;t vegan because the traditional fat to brush it with is butter. But you can always use olive oil instead, and voila.</description>
