Come out to the SF World Vegetarian Festival this weekend at the County Fair Building in Golden Gate Park.
There are gonna be some great lectures and demos, including me cooking Mustard-Rosemary Tofu with Spinach and talking about how you can easily incorporate cooking with fresh, whole, animal-free ingredients into your life.
